Officejet wide 7610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Officejet wide 7610 does not show tabloid paper as an option CES41100KR.  It disappears occasionally and I can't get it back without this.  I reloaded the drivers and did the google thing and that does not work either.  The downloads on drivers doesn't work either.

@bretsharon,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  1. Click Start and then click Devices and Printers.
  2. Click the printer icon for your printer, and then click Print server properties at the top of the window.
  3. On the Forms tab, select the Create a new form checkbox.
  4. In the Form name text box, type a name for the new paper size.
  5. In the Form description section, select Metric or English.
  6. In the Height and Width text boxes, type the height and width for your custom paper.
  7. Leave the Printer area margins set at 0.00.
  8. Click Save Form, and then click Close.

Now when you go to File and then Print under the program you're printing from you should be able to choose the 11x17 size or Tabloid, whatever you named it under the Forms setup.

If you continue facing the issue, then root uninstall the printer and then reinstall it and check.

Here is how it is done.

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.) Restart the PC

14.) Download and install the printer software from the below link.

Thank you for your reply, but pretty much did all that.  Then I remembered my laptop had whatever it takes to do it.  So, I went to the laptop and copied the driver it had and ran it on mine and it worked.  It appears not to be so much with the printer as it is getting the right driver.                     here is the file that worked....copied from laptop and it worked OJ7610_971-2
