Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, when I was using the printer I found that it could no longer connect to my wireless Internet and I have tried ALL METHODS MENTIONED ON THIS FORUM to fix it but I still failed.

Under wireless settings "Restore Network Defaults" is greyed out with a lock icon next to it. The same as "Wireless", "Wireless Setup Wizard", and "Wi-Fi Protected Setup". I can't get the settings UN-greyed. And I actually did a factory reset of the printer before I ever posted my request for help! Somehow a whole slew of settings on my printer got locked out and I have no idea how or why. The factory reset did not fix my issue.

Could you give me any help?

By the way, according to the previous answers, I think it is a high possibility that a "semi hard reset" can solve my problem.
