HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 5520 e-all in one series was giving off line message. Followed suggested for fixing but now the software for printer can not be found.  I have the CD to reinstall but my computer does not accommodate a CD.  What are my options?

the full downloadable webpack should have everything that the CD had https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL42577/mp-108807-3/Full_Webpack-1320-PS5520_Full_Webpack...

Thank you for the help.  I followed the process as you outlined and it was successful!  I and now able to us my printer!
