I have had to re-install my printer as it was saying it was off-line.  I tried several times to re-install wirelessly but it wouldn't work.  So I went and purchased a printer cable.  It is now on-line but it won't recognize as being a network printer.  I was happy with this product but no more.  I have had this issue several other times, saying it was off-line and not being able to print.  I've always managed to get it back on-line wirelessly except for this time.

HP AMP 100 printer : Download & Install Software wirelesly using USB setup of Wireless

(different printer but the steps are the same)
