I just bought it and I don't know if it will work. Man that i bought from told me that this printer will only wrok on old versions of windows (like XP).

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand you need help in identifying the drivers for your printers using the Winxp or Windows 7 OS,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you know these printers are now obsolete and therefore do not have any support drivers available from HP anymore?
- If you didn't, well I'm afraid that's a fact, however, I believe in putting the smile back on my clients face and so, I have found one way to help you, and this is the only way I can offer via HP.
Here's what it is:
If a full feature driver from HP is not available for your printer, you must install the built-in print driver. A full feature driver for one or more Windows versions is not available for your printer, either from the CD that shipped with your printer or from the HP website.
NOTE:
Where is the download button? The HP print driver is built into the Windows operating system or is installed through the Windows Update feature on your computer. You do not need to download anything from a website in order to print, scan, or fax.
See the Frequently asked questions in this document for additional information, including how to scan using this driver.
FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: https://hp.care/2o3acvH
(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
If this doesn't work, this will be the last resort, using this 3rd party link I found after a lot of research only for you:
(The above link is 3rd party and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond by support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions)
Keep me posted,
For I shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,
And your device is up and running again,
that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

The bottles.
Sure, But to be completely right here is a photo of that printer. Now I don't know if I would buy it or not.
But, here is a thing. Can you please tell the purpose of that bottle of oil, perhaps? Printer itself

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
However, I'm afraid the technology used in that printer is outdated and therefore, I have no information available at my disposal,
And I would recommend you check with the local tech about the same for further information or better yet, go for a new printer using this link:
