Product: Web JetAdmin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to upgrade an older version of Web JetAdmin 10.4 SR3 to current 10.5 SR8 and as I understand incremental updates are needed to be performed.  I read I can skip every other one, so I need about 5 or 6 downloads.  Where can I locate or who do I specifically talk to in order to locate these files?  I tried Customer Support but after being hung up on 4x, I spoke with a person and said I need to contact ATS and then hung up again.  Chat feature was not available.  Anyone can help?
