Hi @LOU693

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that your HP Envy 6155e printer requires updated drivers and firmware to work properly with macOS Sequoia 15.7.3. The correct drivers are available directly from HP’s support site, and you should install the latest HP Easy Start package to ensure compatibility.

Download the Latest Drivers

  • Open Safari and go to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page. https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
  • Enter HP Envy 6155e in the search box.
  • Select your operating system (macOS Sequoia 15.7.3).
  • Download the HP Easy Start package (this is the full feature driver/software bundle for macOS).

Install the Drivers

  • Open the downloaded file (HP Easy Start.pkg).
  • Follow the on‑screen instructions to install.
  • Allow permissions if macOS prompts for network access or local device access.
  • Restart your Mac after installation.

Connect the Printer

Wireless Setup:

  • On the printer’s display, go to Network Settings → Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Select your Wi‑Fi network and enter the password.
  • Wait until the wireless light turns solid blue.

USB Setup

  • Connect the printer directly to your MacBook Air with a USB cable.
  • HP Easy Start will detect it automatically.

Verify Printer Connection

  • On your Mac, go to System Settings → Printers & Scanners.
  • Check if your HP Envy 6155e is listed.
  • If not, click the + button to add it manually.
  • Ensure it shows as Idle or Ready, not Offline.

Print a Test Page

  • In Printers & Scanners, select your printer.
  • Click Options & Supplies → Utility → Print Test Page.
  • If the test page prints, your setup is complete.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
