When I print a document that has illustrations of any kind, the illustrations do not print, only the text.

The printer will not print graphical images. Try printing images/pictures and check the result.

• Which application are you trying to print from?
• Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

I have tried printing from Word, PDF, and EDGE browser = only text or a blank page out from the printer.

At one time I saw that I had a developer's print driver. How can I replace/update the printer driver?

Remove/uninstall the HP printer driver from the computer in the control panel.
