When printing Outlook emails with embedded graphics (such as QR codes, logos, photos), the print preview is OK, but the printed page only has the top left quadrant of the graphic rendered on the page. I'm not sure what to do to remedy the situation. I use a wireless connection to my OfficeJet Pro 9018.

@clifflmt, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
To assist you better,
- Is this issue limited to printing emails from Outlook?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Log in to the web mail from a web browser and try printing the email to check the result.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for responding, Kumar0307.
To the best of my knowledge, this only occurs from Outlook emails. I haven't tried other email clients. If I use my browser to read the emails, it requires me to download HTML portions - the entire email does not render on the page. It's why I use Outlook in the first place. The downloaded HTML portion does print just fine. PDFs print just fine.
I was trying to determine how I might print Lyft receipts, restaurant coupons, etc., without first converting the email to a PDF. The extra steps seem unnecessary. I would expect the printer to print whatever is shown in the print preview window accurately. It's not like Outlook is a rare outlier of an email client. Am I the only one affected by the situation that the printer result looks different from the print preview rendering?

This is not an issue with the printer as you are able to print other documents just fine. It is the app you are using to print.
The only way to know this is to open the email client in a web browser and try printing it.
If the issue persists with Outlook alone, I suggest you contact Microsoft Support.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
