I am trying to print a photo from my Windows 11 computer using the HP Smart Ap. I want the photo to fit the 5" X 7" photo paper I selected, but I cannot find the Fit to Page option. It is not in the Scaling Tab. The photo only fills about 25% of the 5" X 7" photo paper. Please help me expand the photo to the whole page.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Community! 🎉
I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
Adjust in HP Smart App
- Open HP Smart and select your photo to print.
- Click Print and check the Print Preview.
- Look for an option like Resize, Scale, or Fit to Page (may be under More settings).
- If you see Fill Page, Borderless, or Fit to Page, enable it.
- Click Print and check the result.
Print from Windows Photo Viewer
If HP Smart does not allow scaling, try printing through Windows Photos:
- Right-click the photo file and choose Open With > Photos.
- Click the Print icon (Ctrl + P).
- Under Paper Size, select 5 x 7 in.
- Under Fit or Scaling, select Fill Page or Fit to Frame.
- Make sure Borderless Printing is enabled (if supported by the printer).
- Click Print.
Change Printer Settings in Windows
- Press Windows + R, type control printers, and hit Enter.
- Right-click your HP printer and choose Printing Preferences.
- Look for Paper Size and set it to 5" x 7".
- Under Scaling, choose Fit to Page or Borderless.
- Click Apply and OK, then try printing again.

Next, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the HP Smart app to see if that resolves the issue.
