I recently canceled my instant ink subscription. The first time I went to print after cancelling my printer won't print and there is a flashing orange light above the globe. I tried unplugging it and turning it on again. Help!! so frustrating!

Hi @Rnee

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you -

1) Are you able to make a copy?

2) Have you replaced both the Instant Ink cartridges with the regular ink cartridges?

HP Instant Ink cartridges do not work after the end of your current billing period, and you are required to return them to HP. To continue printing after your billing cycle ends, make sure you have standard replacement ink cartridges ready to use in your printer.

The icon above the Web-Services is the Information icon. Press this button to print a Printer Information Page. Press the button in combination with the Wireless button, the Wi-Fi Direct button, or the Web Services button to get more specific help pages tied to each of those buttons. The light indicates that you can press the Information button to get help.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
