HP Recommended

I have spent  six days trying to set up my new HP Envy 6022e for wireless operation from my PC or Samsung phone (without success), and enrolling for Instant Ink, using all the guides and the HP Community, that I have run out of time for redeeming the 3 months free ink offer that came with the device. Whether or not I ditch the HP and buy a Canon depends on whether they will allow me an extension to the redemption date. I have in the meantime lashed up a cabled connection.

Would anyone from HP please let me know? Also anyone else who has had this issue and got it resolved.

BTW as it is Sunday, the phone helpline isn't available to me. Thanks.
