I am trying to install the driver for p1102, downloaded hp_ljp1100_p1560_p1600_full_solution-v20120831-50157036_SMO archive, when starting HpSetup.exe nothing happens after unpacking, automatically searching in the folder of the unpacked archive OS finds the driver "p1102 ews", but in the "printers and devices" the printer does not have a print queue and the ability to print. manual selection of the "hp laserjet pro p1102" driver ends with a signature error. rebooting in "testsigned" mode does not fix.

help please.

Hi,

Please browse to C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution and double click HpSetup.exe from there, can you see any installation screen launches?

I tried that. the "extract" window appears, the progress reaches 100% and disappears, after it nothing happens. this is the case with hp_ljp1100_p1560_p1600_full_solution-v20120831-50157036_SMO.

 

in the case of LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution, the installation begins, the license agreement passes, then I select the usb printer, the device is successfully located, but the driver installation takes forever.

I waited a few hours for the installer to finish, but eventually closed it myself.

as a result, the Device Manager installed the device "p1102 ews device" and it cannot print.
