P1102w... I was having print difficulties and was trying to figure it out. I pulled the cartridge and shook it to get last use of my towner and the was trying to print a test page.. Well it did but not only did it shut down wifi and do factory defaults, it completely cleared the page count... Reporting only the first two pages for the test print (long hold x).. So what did I do to clear the counter? I definitely did not hit wireless and x.. Now the x did get stuck down and i don't recall if before un sticking it if I turn it off and on again if that's what did it... But regardless I don't think the counter would have been affected. Any ideas?

@Kboczek, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
The X button on your printer, when pressed for 10-15 seconds, triggers a factory reset, which resets everything (including the page count and Wi-Fi settings). It sounds like the button was stuck while you were troubleshooting, causing the reset.
The Wi-Fi settings were also wiped out because of the reset. You'll need to reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
What You Can Do Now:
Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
Press the Wireless button to make the printer ready to connect.
Follow the steps to reconnect it to your network.
Reconfigure Printer:
Set up your printer settings (paper size, language, etc.) again.
In short: The X button being stuck caused the factory reset, which cleared your page count and Wi-Fi settings. You'll just need to set up Wi-Fi again and check if the printer works fine!
I hope this helps.
