Product: HP ENVY 700-230ea Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My set up HP printer <-> HP PC stopped talking/printing. Interface USB

They worked perfectly for years but suddenly stopped.

USB works with memory stick read/write.

Printer works with Laptop (wireless)

HP tools (wireless?) work on printer but never 'print test page'.

Printer is listed in device manager but status can be Offline (fixable) Idle (fixable) Error (not fixable)

Tried different usb ports all don't work with same status.

Suspect either win10 or HP printer drivers have a new error?

Help please I am retired and cant just buy new devices.

Does anyone know how to force my PC to use wireless link to my printer?
