I am looking for a universal or PCL 5 driver for  my HP 250 mobile all in one.  Does anyone know if there is one that will work with this printer?

Most inkjet printers operate on PCL3 not PCL5. Your next best thing to try if @ferRX 's suggestions do not work would be to download the HP Smart Universal Printer Driver. While your printer does not appear on the compatible list I have had decent success getting it to work with unlisted printers. (but that is not a guarantee)
