Our company has a total of approximately 15 different printers of 3303sdw and 3303fdw. We don't have any group policies in the company.

After the latest firmware update, all our printers are facing the same error. I believe firmware was updated on December 4th, 2025, and thats when they stopped working properly.

Please note: ALL printers were working perfectly before the update.

Error:

PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Kernel - MissingAttribute - LinePath - Position 74). And, sometimes, 'position' changes. But its always PCL XL Error.

- This has happened with all my client PCs (18 PCs all running Win 11 Pro or Windows 10 Home). Other HP Printers are working fine, its just these 2 models.

Attempted Solution:

I restarted Spool, reinstalled the HP Smart, Easy Start, installed via Windows Printers; nothing is solving this issue.

HP is not offering any other drivers in the website anymore, and I can't rollback drivers/firmware. HP Smart + Easy Start don't offer me other drivers.

Please help as our printers are all not useable. My location is Kuwait.
