Product: HP Color LaserJet 9500hdn Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
The error is
PCL XL error
Kernel
IllegalOperatorSequence
SetNeutralAxis
3
I'm running Win 7 64bit on a Dell laptop connected over the network to a HP 9500hdn printer.
The driver is the same as that on a Win11 laptop and is PCL6.
The Win 7 laptop will print on A4 okay but not on A3
The win 11 laptop will print on both A4 and A3
I've tried different drivers, PCL5 and PS with no success. In fact it won't print at all from some of these or they get stuck in the print queue. I've also tried a USB connection without success.
I've stopped and started the spooler in services again without success.
