Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone,

I am using a Laptop with windows 10, I downloaded a small bag pattern and saved it to my documents, i opened Adobe reader, opened the file i wish to print, pressed print, it printed but the scale shows an inch box to measure, When printed the box is not an inch but 3/4 of an inch.

i have checked all the settings but do not know what i am doing wrong.

 

Can anyone help please

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this:

 

At the Print dialog box, go to "Advanced" and select "Print as Image"  >  Print.

 

 

Adobe Print as image.jpg

Hi There,

Thankyou for replying, i have just changed my advanced settings as you suggested, but when printed it still comes out 3/4"  I would be grateful for any advice you have
