Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the same problem as others here.

My 4301 has a PIN and barcode inside for the Admin.   At some point, likely when I changed a cartridge (HP brand) the PIN no longer works in the HP Smart app.   Since it is used for several features I would like it to work!   Please help with resetting it or re-establishing the one that is inside the unit?  Thank you!
