THE POWER CORD WILL NOT GO BACK INTO THE PRINTER

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Is there any damage to the power cord?
  • Have you tried using an alternate compatible power cord to check?
  • Also, check the port if it is damaged.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to plug the power cable into the printer.

 

If the issue persists, or if any damage is found, it could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
