After installing Microsoft Office 2019 on my HP laptop, I was unable to print using my K8600 Series print driver. I keep getting a message that there was an error in printing. I prefer that driver because it has many more options than other drivers. I can still print using the limited options in my other print drivers. Anyone else have this problem, and if so, did you find a solution?

@Sheila32, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you referring to HP Solution Center?
Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Center. There is no update on new software as of now.
Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
Note: If the printer is not found in the list, try Deskjet 990c or Deskjet 6980 to install the printer as these are the generic printer drivers.
You may use HP Scan and Capture app to scan from your computer. For more info, refer to this document.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

After sending my question, I resolved the issue. I had to use a different port (TCP/IP) when adding the printer and enabling the options in Print Driver Officejet Pro K8600 series. I hope this helps others who may have encountered this issue.
