The problem - if there is one - is that the printer might not support your label sheet paper.
On the other hand, if the sheets are "light weight", then - sure, might work.
Check the paper weight of the label paper and decide whether to try it...

Printer Specifications for HP Officejet 4630, DeskJet 4640 Printers
This printer does not support thicker paper in other than "Card" and Photo (and you select the paper as "Photo".
In Windows - none of the supported Card paper sizes are the one you need.
"Custom paper size" can't be used - this older printer likely does NOT support custom paper sizes in Windows.
