Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My HP DESKJET 3700 ALL-IN-ON PRINTER SERIES doesn't want to print any document in PDF or a webpage anymore, I have the HP Smart app installed in my PC (Windows 10) and every time I try to print, the app want me to save the document again or save the webpage instead to print it.

I checked the configuration, and I didn't see anything wrong, maybe I am missing something!

Does anyone know what is the problem? I appreciate the help, thank you!

Try to install with the next driver:

 

* Click on YES button   to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
