i HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO PRINT ADDRESS ON ENVELOPE SINCE I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER 1 YEAR AGO (NOW OUT OF WARRANTY) THE MANUAL IS ALSO NOT EASILY AVAILABLE ON LINE SO i CANNOT LOOK IT UP

Load Envelopes - Pages 22-23

If you have not done so,

Install the full driver printer software for the printer.

After you load the envelopes into the printer's main tray, alert the printer to the Paper Size & Type.

Use the printer display panel to do this else use the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Example - Retain / Modify (Adjust / reset) / Check Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper Management

Next,

If you have access to Word,

Use Word > Mailings > Envelopes to create and print your supported envelopes.

Example - Word > Mailings > Envelopes > #10 envelope

Delivery and Return Address entry / Address Book

Both the Delivery and Return addresses can be entered manually.

Word can make use of your Outlook address book (if you have such available).

Weird Address Book >> It MIGHT be necessary to open Outlook and let it be running while you create your envelope.  Yes, this is odd and no, it is not necessarily "required", just something to try if you know the Address book should be available.

What else?

IF necessary, and all else fails,

Try creating a Word document in the size and shape of your envelope.

Load your little stack of supported envelopes in the main tray of the printer.

Alert the printer to the paper size & type (Tray and Paper Management)

Create your document

Print from within Word OR Export to PDF and print from (for example) HP Smart
