Hola amigos, he tenido problemas al imprimir con mi impresora HP deskjet F4100 series

Al desinstalar y volver instalar el software el proceso dio un error, y ahora me pide realizar unos pasos para hacer la desinstalacion correcta del producto..... he seguido los pasos pero al finalizar el proceso reinicia mi pc y vuelve a comenzar el preoceso de desinstalacion, una y otra vez y no he podido eliminar este ciclo repetitivo

Cualquier ayuda sera bien recibida
