HP Recommended

I am having problems printing business cards on Avery 28878 paper.  I checked all the margins specified in the label box, in US Avery details, and as indicated by an HP employee in previous forum and it is still not working.  I am using Word to print them.  The printing is way out of the top margin of the label sheet, even if I change the top margins.
