Hi Nal_NR,

Thank you for the steps to resolve this issue but what about when that does not work. I'm Tech Support and have already disabled this feature. My question is would resetting the HP Printer resolve this issue? I don't want to do this because it;'s a network Printer with many users and settings

How many users can you possibly be supporting on a small printer like this? Unless you have a wrong model number this is a personal laser printer and there are really no settings beyond network and paper size. Separator page is usually a driver function, have you restarted the print spooler service or the entire computer and tested?
