Above is a photo of my alignment page. It's too down and isn't being detected when I scan it. (It's also cut off on the bottom)

 

When I click print, even if it's a pdf/ image/ document, if it's single sided the document prints either too high or too low, it's only 1/4 inch away and some of it gets cut off. Same thing with double-sided. It's too high on one side and too low on the other (it gets cut off) 

I have tried cleaning the cartridges, aligning the printer almost 6 times now and cleaned the printer twice. I don't know what to do.

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
