Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi.

Just set up a new Laser Jet Pro MFP 4302fdw Printer.

Whist trying to print from PC with HP driver software the printer will print one page and then show a paper jam error with or with out paper Jamming.

However If I Scan to print, it will print without Issues and also Print from USB all without errors.

 

Suggests a software/Driver Issue. Printer is set up with Wireless Network.

HP support not available over weekend.

Any help greatly appreciated.

HP Recommended

It was a Hardware Fault and the Printer was replaced by HP and the retailer.
