Product: HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - A910g

Printing from either an Android or iPhone Phone to Officejet Pro 8500A inkjet printer returns "Paper Mismatch".  Using HP Print Service Plugin v23.2.23163(Aug 2023 New Version).  Not using Hp Smart print or any other App.  Printer works fine from Windows - no errors.  All functions of the printer work - printing (from Windows), Copying, Scanning, Faxing.

 

There are no communication issues.  Print job is sent to printer, paper (8.5x11 Tray 1) is pulled in and then the "Paper Mismatch" error.   Plugin as both Letter and A4 selected.

 

This issue is also present with the prior version of the Plugin (it started with the prior version).  New version did not fix error.
