Hi @vishalm074,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Print Size and Line Issues on HP LaserJet Pro MFP 126nw!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Print Settings:

  • Open the print settings dialogue box on the computers experiencing issues.
  • Ensure the paper size matches the size of the paper loaded in the printer. Make sure it is set to standard sizes like A4 or Letter if that is what you are using.

Review Print Quality Settings:

  • Adjust the print quality settings. Sometimes, print quality settings can affect the output size. Set it to "Standard" or "Draft" to see if it improves the print size.

Software and Driver Updates:

  • Ensure that the printer drivers on the problematic computers are up-to-date. You can check for the latest drivers on the HP Support website.

Network and Connectivity Checks

Verify Network Settings:

  • Check if the network settings are consistent across all computers. Each computer should access the printer via the same network path.

Printer Queue and Spooler:

  • Clear the print queue and restart the print spooler service on the computers with issues. This can be done by opening the 'Services' application in Windows and restarting the 'Print Spooler' service.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart the printer, computers, and router to refresh the network connection, and resolve any temporary issues.

Examine Document and Application Settings

  1. Check Document Page Setup:
    • Check the page setup in the application you are printing from. Ensure the scaling and margins are correct and consistent with the normal print output.
