HP ENVY 5020
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

2-3 months ago I was able to select A7 (74 x 105 mm / 2.9 x 4.1 inches) as a paper size option on my HP ENVY 5020 printer - it worked great and I was using it for a craft project that I am using to display something at my wedding.

Now when I am trying to print on this size to finish the project, this paper size is no longer an option. I thought it may be a driver issue, so I installed a new driver (an older driver for a different printer), but for some reason even when I try to use a custom page size in my printer settings, the smallest paper size it will allow me to set is 3 x 5 inches.

Why would this have changed, presumably with an update to the printer? And why can I no longer print to A7 paper size (UK)? Is there a way to go back in time so that I can complete this project for my wedding without throwing my printer against the wall in frustration? Thank you
