Hi @andreamfreeman1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Use HP Smart App

  1. Open the HP Smart app on your Android device.
  2. Tap Print Documents or Print Photos (depending on what you want to print).
  3. Select the document or image you want to print.
  4. Tap Print Settings (gear icon or settings menu).
  5. Under Paper Size, check if the desired size (8.5x11 or 4x6) is available.

Print from Android System Print Service

  1. Open the document/photo you want to print.
  2. Tap the Share or Print option.
  3. Select your HP DeskJet 2755e printer.
  4. Tap on More Settings or Print Settings (depending on your app).
  5. Look for Paper Size and see if 8.5x11 or 4x6 is listed.
  6. If not available, your phone may not allow custom paper sizes.

Use a PC or Laptop for Custom Sizes

If the HP Smart app or Android's default printing service does not support custom sizes, try:

  • Printing from a Windows or macOS computer where you can manually set a custom paper size.
  • Saving the document/photo on a computer and then printing it using HP Smart on Windows/macOS.

Let me know if you need more help! 😊
