Product: HP ENVY PHOTO 6230

I recently moved home & when I've unpacked everything I left my printer til last as I didn't need it whilst unpacking. I've brought out my printer from the cupboard & I noticed that the paper tray was loose underneath so I've tried everything to get the tray to go bk into the printer but it just won't go bk in & I can't for the life of me figure out why, nothing looks broken it just won't go bk ?? Anyone know how to do this I've tried umpteen times I also got my Son to try but he couldn't do it either 🤔, I'm really hoping u can help!!!
