Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Is the printer connected to the wireless network using a router or is it connected using wireless direct.
- NOTE: In wireless direct, you can print wireless from the printer without using a router.
- Or is the WPS (Wireless Protected Setup) using which the printer is connected to the network?
If it is wireless direct password then you may print the information page, press and hold the Wireless Direct button for more than 3 seconds. The password will be printed on the page:
