I received a printer from someone because they upgraded theirs and there is nothing wrong with the one they gave me, except I’m struggling to set it up. I’ve been trying to find a number for HP support but cannot. I finally figured out the password for the WiFi and it’s connected but says there is no connection. I have an HP Deskjet 2622.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Please reset the wireless back to defaults before using HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network again.
