@Becca97, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Envy 6065e!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you’re looking for the printer password on your used HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer, here are a few ways to find it:

Check the Printer Label

  • Look for a sticker on the back or bottom of the printer.
  • The Wi-Fi Direct password or default administrator password may be printed there.

Check the Printer Display (If Available)

  • If your printer has a small display, navigate to:
Settings → Network Settings → Wi-Fi Direct → Show Password
This will display the default password.

Print the Network Configuration Page

  • Press and hold the Information (i) button for about 3 seconds until the report prints.
  • Look for Wi-Fi Direct details on the report. The password will be listed under Wi-Fi Direct password.

Reset the Printer Network Settings

If you can't find the password, reset the network settings:

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for about 5 seconds until the power light blinks.
  • This will restore the factory network settings.
  • After resetting, reconnect using HP Smart App or reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings.

Use HP Smart App

  • Download the HP Smart App on your smartphone or PC.
  • Add your printer and navigate to Advanced Settings to check or reset the password.

If you need further help, let me know! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
