Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP

Hi. I am out at one of our clinics to manage a printer at the office. But I am stuck, “someone” has set this printer up with a username/password.

Is there any way to reset the password on the printer?

 

it is a HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP
