How do I get the  password off of the printer or how to I set to a factory default rest. ugh wish we still had dot matrix

I can reset everything but the admin password. help or it's going in the trash

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to reset the password.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What password are you referring to?

 

Meanwhile, in case if you are referring to the wireless password, follow the below steps to restore the network defaults.

 

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
