Hi all,

since today  my printer shows an error message in display after powering on. The error message '49 Service Error Turn off then on' does appear for about 10 seconds, then the printer is rebooting again. This is continuing endlessly until I power the printer off.

I can not print or interrupt the process.

How can I recover from this situation?

 

Before the printer was showing '79 Service Error - Turn off then on' after printing a page. Then I performed a 'Reset to defaults' through the panel, but afterwards I got the 49 Service Error described above.
