Need to permanently disable Tray 1

We have a warehouse where several users print to one printer, the printer is connected to our network via Wi-Fi.

We want everybody who prints to the printer to print from tray 2 NOT tray 1.

We have set Network settings to select tray 2 always, but some users  print jobs default to tray 1 which holds up everybody elses print jobs and causes confusion with the wrong people picking up the wrong print jobs.

I need a setting that will totally disable tray 1 and send every print job to tray 2 any ideas?

No one had a solution but I found one. In pretty much any Windows OS and Any printer you can go to the printers settings (in Windows) and select Printing Properties. From there you will find a Device Settings section where you can change Tray 1 to "Not Available." This option does not seem to be in the printer webpages but it usually appears in windows settings.
