Operating System: iOS

I don’t know if this is where I  ask my question but I’m having a problem with printing a picture and having the print in which it cuts off the heads of the people in the picture. 

how do I adjust it so the whole picture in in the photo. I’ve tried different size papers and it just firs to the paper. So I’ve gone to custom and make it smaller but that doesn’t help. 

any suggestions

What happens when you make photocopies or print regular text documents?

Are you using HP Smart App or AirPrint option to print photos?

Could you share the printed image for reference?
