I have a Photosmart 335 and when I tried to use it, it kept saying there wasn't a driver. I'm not sure when that happened as it's been a while since I used the printer. I followed their advice and deleted the it and it got reinstalled but its not being recognised as a printer. It has it as unspecified and I can't get it to change to printer.

When I try to add a device on HP Assistant, it recognises the serial number but then requires a product number. When I enter the only number that can be this, it isn't being accepted.

Can anyone help me as I just keep going round in circles trying to contact HP for an answer to my problem?

TIA
