I am having some issues with my Photosmart 5520 printer not printing black. Upon running the Print & Scan Doctor I was able to identify that my drivers are outdated. Unfortunately when I go to the drivers downloads page https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-5520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5157... I get the following error message: "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product. Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again."
I verified on HP's website, the Photosmart 5520 is Windows 10 supported. Why are there no drivers being returned?

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.

- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
