Photosmart 7520 Setup cartridges are missing. How to bypass to get printer working

My boyfriend never fully installed his printer and it has never been used. I am trying to finish installing it, but setup cartridges were removed.   I bought new HP cartridges but can't get past the setup screen. Please help.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
