Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have moved from Belgium to the USA. I need to do a regional reset so that my printer (HP Photosmart 7520) will accept HP 564 ink cartridges instead of 364. I contacted Facebook Support, they gave me codes but it says Device reset error.

As I said, I already contacted HP Facebook Support, they send me the codes and it shows error message. I tried to find a phone number to call but it is impossible and the Virtual Support doesn´t help.

I did. No answer. It is a veeery slow support. Does anyone know a faster solution?
