I am unable to print anything. try to print test page and got error message 'could not find printer'.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

There is no specific driver for your printer model.

However, you can install printer using Windows builtin driver:- Click here

It is not working with the built in drivers.  When I plug in the printer, it recognizes the device, but take for instance if I look at the devices in Control Panel, it does not see it as a printer.  It's listed as unspecified.  This is extremely frustrating as It worked prior to the last Windows update.  I bought a new print cartridge, and now it doesn't.
