Hi everyone,

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 10 installed (which I soon upgraded to Windows 11), but unfortunately I didn't see a prompt message "new hardware found" when I connected my printer to the laptop (via USB). I have tried all kinds of solutions, but none of them worked. I downgraded to Windows 10, hoping that this would resolve the problem but that didn't work either. Finally, I resorted to the CD installation software for Windows Vista that I still have, but it was not accepted. Previous messages on this forum addressing the same question referred to the driver AIO_CDA_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe, but unfortunately I get the message "page not found". I am grateful for your suggestions, so thanks in advance!
