Photosmart C4280 and Windows 11

Hi there,

My father-in-law had to get a new laptop which has come with Windows 11 pre-installed.  He has a Photosmart C4280 printer/scanner which is still in good working order but we're unable to find any drivers/software for it on the HP website.  It appears that this model is no longer supported by HP?

I managed to get some drivers installed and the printer can now print, but the scanner doesn't appear to be working.  Can anyone supply a suitable install package for both the printer and scanner?  Or does he need to go out and purchase a new printer/scanner?

FYI I can see there are similar recent queries on here, but the download link on the replies no longer works.
